21-Day Rental Guarantees: If we don’t find a quality tenant for you in 21 days, the first 2 months of management fees are free. The conditions are: The property must be rent-ready, we choose the price and you must allow at least 2 pets.
Leasing Guarantee: If the tenant leaves before their lease ends, we guarantee a replacement tenant for free.
Animal Damage Guarantee: We’ll screen each pet and charge a pet fee to cover damages exceeding the SD.
Eviction Protection Guarantee: If the tenant that has been screened by the company needs to be evicted, we cover up to $2,000.00 in costs to remove the tenant under the conditions that it must be the tenant the we placed, only if the eviction is due to the tenant not paying rent. Only for owners that are under package #3.
